Want to know more? How will transformation happen?

These trainings are built on my experiences in coaching, communication trainings, and stress management. A great deal of my background is based in being board member and founder of a holistic school in Karlstad Kommun. In 2013 we established a preschool and later a school with empathic communication principles for staff and children. I am deeply motivated to support understanding, human connection and resilience.
