As a somatic coach, I guide my clients to connect with the wisdom of their body—uncovering unconscious tensions, emotional responses, and ingrained habits that shape their daily lives and decision-making. Through this work, clients experience:

What is Somatic Coaching?
In essence, somatic coaching acknowledges the nervous-system connection between our body and mind. It means that the body will give us the answers. Listening to body sensations, emotions and thoughts, welcoming what comes up. As a Certified coach in the international Zen-Coaching Network I combine the tools from Zen-coaching with the other personal development I’ve done over the years.
Inquiry techniques (Zen-coaching) and empathic listening skills (NVC) are designed to align us to a deeper truth. Practising sensing what our experience is like- here and now (Mindfullness), our senses open up to deep listening.
Through awareness of posture, breath, tone of voice, and physical sensations, we can unlock deeper insights into how we show up. By working with movement, breathwork, and embodied awareness, we create sustainable shifts—leading with clarity, ease, and self-assurance.
